Building on the 'WELL ECO: Beyond Band-Aids' presentation at the Innovative Schools Summit in Orlando, this learning module offers a path forward for school leaders. It can be used independently or as a companion to the presentation, guiding you in transforming wellness from isolated efforts to sustainable, integrated ecosystems. Educators and administrators today are navigating significant challenges, including a student mental health crisis (CDC, 2023), widespread teacher burnout (NEA, 2024), and inadequate mental health resources in schools (RAND, 2024). This module addresses these systemic issues by providing practical frameworks and actionable strategies to create supportive wellness ecosystems for the entire school community. Purpose: To provide school leaders with concrete tools and strategies to implement wellness ecosystems in their schools. CEUS: This module is eligible for 3.0 CEUs (30 contact hours). The number of CEUs awarded may vary based on individual school district or workplace policies. Participants are encouraged to consult their school or workplace professional development committee to determine eligibility for CEU recognition and ensure alignment with continuing education requirements.
